Job Summary
We are looking for a CRM Implementation Executive to configure, implement, and support CRM solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will understand business processes, customize CRM platforms, and ensure successful client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure CRM solutions for clients
Understand client business requirements
Customize CRM modules, workflows, and automations
Conduct user training sessions
Perform data migration and system setup
Coordinate with developers for customizations
Provide post-implementation support
Prepare implementation documentation
Ensure successful project delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of CRM implementation experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to understand business workflows
Preferred Skills
Experience with Bitrix24, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
Basic SQL knowledge
API integration knowledge
Business process automation experience
