Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, coordinate with internal teams, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support channels Understand customer issues and provide timely resolutions Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution Track support tickets and ensure SLA compliance Conduct customer onboarding and product guidance Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system Assist in customer retention and renewal activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline 0–3 years of experience in customer support or client servicing Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Good organizational and multitasking skills Customer-first attitude

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM or Helpdesk software Knowledge of SaaS or IT products Ability to understand technical concepts
